At Castelli Marble, we strive for perfection in every slab and tile; however, if your natural stone selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all uninstalled, standard-stock materials.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

• 2.
  Prepare for Transport

  Ensure all marble tiles or slabs are securely packed in their original crates or packaging to prevent breakage during the return shipment.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the authorized items back to our central warehouse using a freight carrier of your choice, or schedule a local drop-off at our showroom.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the material for damage and confirms it has not been installed or altered, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
